Programmable mouse (EVGA X15, Unleash RGB)

Unfortunately, EVGA does not make a Linux version of their Unleash RGB software that's required to program their input devices. Also, there don't seem to be any unofficial tools that work with their devices. Feel free to prove me wrong though!

HW: EVGA X15 (3842:2415)
Kernel: Linux 6.7.4-arch1-1 x86_64
Wine: 9.1 with Windows 11
SW: Unleash RGB 1.0.25.0

The program didn't launch out of the box in Wine, but I figured out from the log that it's asking for .NET 4.6.1. Installed 4.8 through winetricks, now it launches but apparently doesn't recognize the mouse.

I've read the relevant wiki page and tried the suggested udev rule with no effect. The Restrictions section mentions having to disable the device on the host to make it accessible. That wouldn't be a problem if done temporarily, how would one do that?
