Captvty 3 and error message "application could not be started" with a new wine version

Not a problem but I would like to understand why this happens

When I get a new wine version, for example 9.1
I launch Captvty 3

I get a window saying

"application could not be started"

and then a browser opens on the page

and then it works fine

I noticed the following messages in the terminal

If I launch again Captvty 3, I do not get any message, it works flawlessly

this only happens with a different wine version, 9.0 rc3 for example

When I launch Captvty 2 with a new wine version, I just get a "normal" message, that the wine prefix is updated, but that is all.
