Did Wine 9.0-rc4 arrive in the Debian repository?

First:
I'm using Devuan, but this isn't part of my problem.

Second:
This is my

Code: Select all

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/org-winehq-dl.list

Code: Select all

In the past, the new development releases were installed by apt-get automatically. So the last release I got was Wine 9.0-rc3. The version Wine 9.0-rc4 didn't arrive here.
What's wrong here or there?

Hi.
The good news is wine 9.0-rc5 is available.
This situation is up to the maintainer I think. But the maintainer may be not maintaining binary packages as a profession I guess. They may not be able to follow in a timely manner。
BTW,wine is an open source software, you can try it by yourself(but may cost a lots of time to finish.

An update to Debian Testing broke the build environment on the OBS, so there are no 9.0-rc4 or 9.0-rc5 packages for it. All we can do is wait for it to be fixed. There are packages for Debian 11 and 12.

Hi Rosanne!
Thanks for this clarification!
I was in my winter holidays and after I returned home Wine update wasn't working.
No is clear, why! So I will wait....!

Seems that the built environment is working again: my last apt(-get) dist-upgrade brought me the latest wine v9.0 from a few days ago!

So this thread could be closed.
