Update libpoppler on Ubuntu repo page

The install link in

should be updated to

sudo apt install libpoppler-glib8:{i386,amd64}=22.02.0-2ubuntu0.3
which is the newest version
https://packages.ubuntu.com/jammy/libpoppler-glib8
