The oldest wine version of this winehq is 3.0, I had wine1.6 on my ubuntu20.04, but was uninstalled accidently, when I want to reinstall wine1.6 again, it failed many times,

You can also use PlayOnLinux (graphical wrapper for wine), which has a really simple management of multi wine versions. And for sure it goes as low as wine 1.6 (and lower)
