The Wine development and staging packages for Ubuntu Mantic are ready and will soon be available on the WineHQ server.
If you can't wait, you can also download them from the OpenBuildServer.

The WineHQ packages for Ubuntu 23.10 Mantic are now available on the WineHQ server.

Unfortunately, the "winehq-mantic.sources" file is not yet available.
You can create the file yourself.

Create a file named "winehq-mantic.sources" in "/etc/apt/sources.list.d/" that contains:

There is currently no stable package for 23.10 because 23.10 had not yet been released when the last stable Wine version was released. There will be stable packages for 23.10 with the next stable release.

I have the same problem with Ubuntu 23.10, I can get winehq-devel and winehq-staging but not winehq-stable.
I understand that Wine 8.0.2 was released before Ubuntu 23.10, but this doesn't help.
How can I get Wine 8.0.2?

You can use Ubuntu's Wine packages. However, you will get a slightly older version (8.0.1).
Another option is to use the ready-to-run build from Kron4ek. Unpack the tar.xz file and you can use Wine 8.0.2.
Another option is to compile Wine yourself.
