wine 8.20 and Captvty V2

Captvty V2 works fine with wine, but since wine 8.20, when you have 2 screens, Captvty starts on the secondary screen and the popup and context menus are on the primary screen

The software still works, but you have to switch between the screens

I looked at

I elaborate

first screen has the menu and shortcut for launching Captvty
When launched, Captvty starts on the second screen, it should start on the first screen where the mouse is
Captvty is moved on the first screen
when right click on a video, the popup (offering the choice about the quality video) starts on the second screen

this looks to be a regression, this problem was not present in wine 8.19

in fact, the problem is for any wine software, launching Notepad shows the problem

this seems a regression between wine 8.19 and wine 8.20
