It seems this app (Traqq) isn't compatile

I'm trying to run the app TRAQQ on manjaro using the latest version of wine, but getting the following error

I can install the program when I use "dotnet48, corefonts and d3dcompiler_47" as winetricks.
Unfortunately, the login option is grayed out. This makes the program useless.

However, their web site states:

What operating systems are supported?
Currently only Windows and macOS operating systems are supported. Please
contact us if you require Linux, Chrome OS, Android, or iOS support.

Perhaps the author of the program has a solution.
