There are very old threads about "buffering", in relation with ancient Wine versions.
According to my experience, whenever any type of Wine produced a black screen, this was accompanied by a message like this "fixme:d3d:wined3d_swapchain_init The application requested more than one back buffer, this is not properly supported. Please configure the application to use double buffering (1 back buffer) if possible."
Can anyone explain, how to CONFIGURE some APP TO USE DOUBLE BUFFERING?
I know https://wiki.winehq.org/Useful_Registry_Keys
but changing the "OffscreenRenderingMode" and "renderer" did not help to solve the problem...
