error when installing Goldwave 6.60

I have Kubuntu 22.04 and KDE. I was trying to install Goldwave 6.60 through wine and got this error:

"Access to the destination folder is not permitted. This program must be installed by a user with administrator privileges or installed in a different folder that you own (not Program Files). "

Is there some way I can install it?

I was able to manually create a folder in my home folder and install it there and it didn't complain.

I think this is a bug in the Goldwave installer. Because if you manually choose another folder, then you can install the program anywhere. Even in "C:\Program Files".

I manually chose another folder and it worked. I think it is a bug too, hopefully they will fix it.
