Hi, recently i have installed a fresh version of the new kde neon .
It is based on ubuntu 22.04 and the repository winehq has problem on it about unsatisfied dependency for now on this distro.
So i have installed wine via flatpack in "Discover" <-Its a kind of app store for kde/plasma.
Now i am able to run exe, but sometimes it freeze during startup but it is another problem.
When i install a windows program as usual using setup.exe it work fine but at the end it not create menù entry in start menu.
I can find installed windows apps in this path: /home/daniele/.var/app/org.winehq.Wine/data/wine/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Windows program folder/Program.exe if i click on exe the program work as expected.
Is there a method to make wine automatically create menu items for the installed windows program, as it did with non-flatpack versions of wine?
Wine flatpack version doesnt' create menu entry

Re: Wine flatpack version doesnt' create menu entry
I think the correct fix requires Wine to use this interface when running in flatpak: https://docs.flatpak.org/en/latest/port ... icLauncher
It may be possible to work around it for now by giving wine permission to access ~/.local/share.
