Can't get wine to install MS Office 64 bit - log enclosed

All,

New to Wine and am running latest Mint 20.1.
I have tried a number of alternatives to get this installed.
Wine64, wine, Playonlinux.... all of these return full stop error.
I think I have 32 bit and 64 bit wine installed.
At a loss as to where to go next.
I grabbed the log of this command: $ wine64 setup.exe (64 bit office 2019)

Did you try with the windows version set to 7 first? That can cause issues.

There is also this appdb report that suggests some tweaks to get things going. It was the only 2019 version I saw so I don't know if it's the same but it's something to try.
