Help laptop extremely slows down office 2013 on wine

i installed office on playonlinux on popos 20.04 whenever i run it my laptop hangs a lot any fix as i need teams and ms office at the same time if word is killing my laptop then its a problem i have pop os 20.04 4 gb ram intel core i 5 3210m intel hd 4000 graphics
