Wine with backend curses not display properly UTF8

I have a problem with properly display characters in UTF-8 with wineconsole with --backend=curses

My all locale: pl_PL.UTF-8

I run command:

wineconsole --backend=curses cmd

I know from the documentation curses that is default curses is installed with ISO-8859-1 but i want in cmd properly display UTF8.

How to force run backend curses with UTF-8?
