Couple days ago I installed and run Spybot SD in Wine on Ubuntu box. It found trojan (!)
Win32.Small.fb: [SBI $3B3DD39E] <$WINSOCK>
After that, I removed .wine directory and run wineboot. It created new .wine directory, however, when I installed and run Spybot again It found that trojan again! Please note, that this time nothing else is installed in .wine except Spybot. Is it something I have to worry about or is it just false positive? Anybody else having the same result?
Wine version is 1.1.5~winehq0~ubuntu~8.04-0ubuntu1
Spybot - Search & Destroy version: 1.6.0 (build: 20080707)
Thank you in advance,
DP.

Yes, I did. No reply yet. I just wanted to know if anybody else has the same result.

Trojan in Wine?
Don't you think it is something hardcore stupid that an open source
project where you can see all code freely in source contains a trojan
?
