Getting an error when running programs

So I attempted to update from 4.11 to 5.0. I fully removed 4.11 before installing. Now when I try to run anything I get the following error "002b:fixme:ntdll:NtQuerySystemInformation info_class SYSTEM_PERFORMANCE_INFORMATION" Most of the time programs will not even launch. Some do, but this error still occurs. I also fully uninstalled 5.0 and attempted to installing the 5.6 staging. Same error.

OS: Pop!_OS 19.10 x86_64
Kernel: 5.3.0-7642-generic

Do you get the same error in a clean Wine-prefix?
