Hello, I have a problem running a game that uses directx9. I am unable to identify the cause of these problems. Can anybody help me?

Judging from the foldername in the screenshot, it could be this: https://pb.ongame.net/ (And my poor understanding of spanish or something)

The game is PointBlank Brazilian edition. I'm using Wine 4.0.3

It is worth trying wine-devel-5.0-rc6 before opening a bug report JUST in case this is something that is actually fixed in the upcoming wine-stable-5.0 that is most likely going to be released next weekend.
