5.0~rc2-staging breaks VideoReDo activation

There appears to be a regression with the latest release candidate of Wine.

With rc1-staging I had VideoReDo installed and activated and have been using it quite happily (with the exception of the batch manager that seems unable to register with COM). I installed rc2-staging the other day and the next time I started VideoReDo, the online activation window opened.

On following the usual prompts to activate, VideoReDo appeared unable to complete and suggested there may be an issue with my internet connection.

An error occurred during activation!  Please double check your internet connection and firewall settings, then click Next to try again.

If you continue to have trouble please try the manual activation option.

I have since created a clean prefix with rc2-staging and the same issue appears. Additionally, there is a manual activation option which also fails with rc2-staging.

Invalid activation token!  Please check that you entered it correctly.

Note: Activation tokens are only valid for 24 hours.

After downgrading back to rc1-staging, activation completed successfully as expected.
