Error "please check your internet connection and try again"

Hi,

I tried to install windows program on WineHQ and I got this error message.

Linux Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
first install WineHQ Development: Wine 4.18 (shortlog). I got error message; Then, I tired
Stable: Wine 4.0.2 (shortlog) still I received the same error.

I used to work on this software with WineHQ and previous Linux Ubuntu but since I updated both Ubuntu and Wine, I never able to install Questrade Software anymore.
Now, It's about 5 months, I struggling to contact and report the issue.
