Need help installing Sketchup in Ubuntu 18.04

Tried everything I could find. I am whits end.
Followed every website, Youtube tutorial possible. No luck.
Can someone please help me get through the Sketchup installation?
Been using Fusion 360 in W10 until discovering there were 22 hackers attached to my pc.
Paid to get rid of the hackers.
Dumped w10, reinstalled Ubuntu that I used the last several years.

This is as far as installing goes via POL. See attached.
The installer tried to install both files but froze with .net.

Any help appreciated.

PlayOnLinux isn't supported here.
Could you retest with plain Wine?
