CCTV Client software won't run...

Safire Control Centre (https://www.safirecctv.com/cctv-ip-camera-software/) and Safire Easy View (https://www.safirecctv.com/cctv-ip-camera-software/) won't run and this is driving me nuts. I have SmartPSS from Dahua CCTV and it runs flawlessly. Why don't these run also?

What do you mean by "won't run"? Need more information.

I mean "won't run". The instalation goes flawlessly, but when you try to run both aplications... nothing happens

Where can I see the log file for each instalation?

Run the program from the command line and you will be able to see the error messages.
