Pure 64 bit Wine is not supported; you need to install the 32 bit package as well for WoW64. Follow the instructions on https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu

Than whats the point of giving us an options of Wine64 seperately as if it really works?

Like a fake thing.

When is wine64 will support Win 64 apps ? in 2050?

We don't. The WineHQ 64 bit packages are dependent on the 32 bit package and will pull it in automatically. If your distro's package doesn't do that, complain to them. We have no control over other people's packages.

When 64 bit Windows applications are pure 64 bit--including their installers.
