Hello guys, i am new to Xubuntu (and Linux in general). I want to install Wine n Xubuntu following the instruction from this site:
https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu . I have used instruction for "Ubuntu versions prior to 18.10", and when i want to add the third line in terminal i get this error:

How can i fix this error?

From what you posted, you also inexplicably followed the instructions for Ubuntu 18.10 and added that repository without adding its Release.key. You need to remove the 18.10 repository from your /etc/apt/sources.list.

i deleted the 18.10 repository but i can't save because premissions don't alow me to do so.

You need to save the file as sudo.

Ohh thank you :D bro, i figured out ho to do this, and after deleteing everythingrelated with wine for 18.10 it worked out.
