You need to split your Windows applications (running under Wine) into separate WINEPREFIX's, and ease up on the overrides!
Too much, muchly too much.
You've no doubt just got too many native dll's in that WINEPREFIX, it's literally sinking under the weight...
See: WineHQ FAQ: 6.5 Wineprefixes.
Useless information
You dont read problem is not only for wine
not works Steam on MX linux 17.1 and not work some other apps with OpenGL support is disabled
works only NEW software using 64bit.
(default install sudo synaptic nvidia-410 (nvidia-driver-4100
I 10 years never using even 2nd wineprefix.
only for one game i do this. and i dont use pol or lutris. i don't like it
I thinking for Total commander or etc not need for EVERY APPLICATION create wineprefix
or for AcdSee 3.0 ( it have a fast rename ability)
and both requires 32bit nvidia libs
For linux mint 19 i found solution. and for MX Linux 17.1 i don't found solution
Driver for Mint unusable for MX Linux 17.1 but i try aptitude install
i post later if works
I install this and do aptitude install nvidia-driver-410 nvidia-driver-410:i386
