Mouse skipping/unconsistently moving bug in unity games

i have this problem i own 2 unity games and have same problem in both of them, one is The Forest and the other one is My Summer car

the problem is that when i move my mouse slowly it doenst moove at all i have to moove it way harder to moove its inconsistent its like a deadzone on joystick

i know its problem only on unty games because i play other games on wine that dont run on unity and works fine (example Warcraft III)

i just wanted to ask if this is a bug or some sort of mistake on my part

Fixed bug with 2.11-staging reappear with 3.11-staging?

got fixed but just partkly

mouse is not drifting away anymore now it just stops

like moving to slow doesnt move it at all except of drifting

Wine-staging-2.11 is a partly fix.
It it hard to notice this issue if you don't compare mouse movement in native linux and windows-wine.
