Custom windows software on wine?

Custom windows software on wine?
So i have this software built for me that runs on windows, but i would like to use it on my linux server because it's faster. Is there a possibility that it can run in wine, i have access to the source code if that helps.

Of course it can be possible to run it on wine, that's the point! 
Having the source code is a huge plus for getting it to work. Why don't you just try running the program under wine?

Its not 100% finished yet and i was hoping that someone can guide me into better integrating it.
