Do you actually mean the card game Hearthstone?
As in WineHQ AppDB: Card, Puzzle and Board Games / Hearthstone?

Play on Linux is not supported on this site... See WineHQ FAQ: 8.7 I used a third party application (PlayOnLinux, WineBottler, etc.) to install or manage applications in Wine and need help ...
With good reason. Especially with online games - where frequent updates "break" Wine compatibility and the Play on Linux installer scripts cannot keep up.

Basically you want to retest Hearthstone with latest Wine Staging release (for your unspecified Linux distribution)...
See WineHQ: Wine Downloads ...

There are workarounds, for installing Hearthstone, given on the WineHQ AppDB page I linked to above.

Google Translate is your friend with language barriers... If you can cope with regular written Spanish or French anyway??!! Very useful tool IMHO... 8)
