I have some Errors when start

Hi, I am new User. Sorry for my bad English. German is my native language.

I use wine 1.8 in Linux Mint 17.3 Mate.

I start stunnel (for windows) in a Terminal with "wine start /Unix".

I have some errors:

What exactly is going wrong? If the app is working, don't worry about messages in the console.

the app start normal. What is the problem?

When I have a Starter in Linux and the app will start with PC boot, then I have a problem.

The wineprefix not load my printer.

When I use a startscript with minimum sleep30, then the printer load normal.

This errors in terminal normal?

If the app is working, there is no problem. Ignore the messages in the terminal.

I was going to start the app faster together with boot, but I must sleep 30 minimum.

Ok I have much time for start other apps and drink some coffee.
