How can I change the Windows Text font

Hello,
can one tell me, how I can change the windows text font? Is it possible to achieve that by modifying or adding one or more registry keys?
winecfg -> Desktop Integration -> Item -> Window Text shows a disabled Font... button.

wine version: wine-1.7.55
wincfg-Windows version: Windows XP

You have to install a theme for that button to become active.
