First: Wine is not an OS; it is a compatibility layer. Assuming your distro properly packages Wine, all you have to do is install it and it should be able to to run 32 bit Windows apps on a 64 bit system. Note, however, that not all distros properly package Wine; CentOS/RHEL packages in particular are 64 bit only, which is why they are not supported here (see the sticky at the top of the forum).

Thanks for your help!!!
I'm using Ubuntu Studio 15.10 and I installed Wine from the Ubuntu Software Center, so... I assume the installation is right.
The issue is about an specific Windows software which has problems with the folders and files path with latin characters (ñ, í, ó, á, ~, etc.). It can't read it. It reads only the path part up the first latin character. So, it can't find the files (music song files, specifically).
I don't know how to fix it and I need to fix it!!!
That's the reason I thought about a 32-64 bit compatibility problem and/or a language issue. But, non of them fix the main problem, here.
