Fallout 2 - Restoration Project 2.3.3

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I have a submission of the unofficial Fallout 2 Restoration Project. A great mod that basically makes the game perfect and how it was supposed to be.

Anyway, I have a user-guide on how to get the game Fallout 2 WITH update and Restoration Pack to run with WINE. It takes some working-around and this is probably a failure that someone sooner or later will fix.

The fully patched game wont run because of something wrong with "ddraw.dll". You have to use the command "WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ddraw.dll=n" wine" to bypass this.

So, where do I submit my user-guide?
