DLL Error Details

I am trying to install Blue Stacks[I know the Rating is Garbage, but I'm still trying it out with configuration tweaks so that I can A. Potentially make it run better B. Learn how custom configuration works first hand]

My Initial Install has a DLL Problem[getting the detals cleared the original error message] and the Details are here... I'm curious if Someone can explain to me what the Details are Saying and where
