Hi, I have installed a windows game, and when I start it the game works correctly, the sound works, I can interact, but no image is displayed. I have tried different things like closing it and reopening it, opening it from Terminal, but nothing works.

I know there is a similar thread, but I NEED a way to fix the problem without BootCamp or something similar, I have little disk space available and no external drives.

Try newer wine. I have installed wine 6.19, and it's working perfectly.
Perhaps bug you have experienced has been fixed already in newer version of wine.
