Oblivion - Mouse lag with tes 4 oblivion GOG

Hey guys !
I just download the Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion on my mac (GOG version) with PlayOnMac:wine version 5.2 (as it is said on Wine), the game works great but the mouse lag too much, about 3 or 4 seconds to change the directions... I tried to go the Oblivion_default.ini and change bBackground Mouse=0 in =1 (as it was said on others topics, for others games - like fallout -, but same problem) and it didn't changed anything. There is a topic on oblivion's wine page, it's said fixed but it's not. I'm bored, I don't know what to do next, does you guys have any ideas or had the same problem ? F**king mouse...
