I currently have Wine version 1.7 on my MacBook Pro that enables me to run Quicken XG 2004 to manage my finances. As I'm now using Mac OS Mojave I need to update Wine to a 64 bit version.

How do I do this whilst maintain my current Quicken data? I used Winebottler for the initial installation but understand that this forum only covers Wine issues. Can I just make a remote backup copy of the Quicken data, uninstall Quicken and Wine/Winebottler, install the new 64 bit version of Wine and then import the saved data to restore my current position?

Any help and/or advice greatly appreciated, preferably in fairly simple terms as I'm not too proficient in such matters!

Thanks,

Rob
