Wine is not working for me I need help

I downloaded a program with the suffix .rar, so I changed the suffix to .exe. I launched it with wine, and I went to the yellow page, I attached the download link, and I successfully downloaded the program as proven in the image:

Now whenever I click on it to open, it takes me to an internet looking tab and does this:

I dont know what to do now Wine has never worked for the programs I have tried to download, this is the farthest I have gotten. Help?

Install Keka and extract the .rar then try installing the extracted files
