I am using MacOS and I just have one application .exe that I use Wine to run it. Instead of run Wine software first then execute the other file into wine, I need one click and do the following:
1- run wine application
2- run my software ends with .exe
Is there is any way to do that or not? (I have very basic knowledge with coding or even run the terminal so if there is any step by step guide that will be perfect)

Yes it's possible to do what your asking but winehq does not support you if you have any issues.
You can use Wineskin and use my unofficial update, portingteam also provide additional wine versions known as Engines to be used with Wineskin.
