Wine automatically changed directory

I used CD and entered the folder the file was in. When I used wine program.exe it said it can't find L"C:\\windows\\system32\\Game.exe

Why dosen't this work? I already changed my directory! It keeps reverting it back!

I want to launch an exe app. When I used cd I dragged and dropped the folder onto the terminal window. I hit enter and the title bar changes the direcotry. When I use wine (name).exe it says that a file inside of system32 is not found! I did not say the file was inside of system32! This only happens sometimes.
