I'm unable to run Skyrim through PlayOnMan on my Mac
Apparently i'm unable to do this because I'm missing the required 62 bit version of windows, any suggestions???

I have never heard of "PlayOnMan." If you meant to type "PlayOnMac", that's not supported here. This forum is for plain Wine only.
As for the architecture, there is no such thing as a 62 bit version of Windows. Valid choices are 32 or 64; since Skyrim is a 32 bit game, that's probably what you mean. Try installing it to a 32 bit wineprefix. https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#How_do_I_cr ... _system.3F
