How to Copy & Paste from OSX to Wine??

I have just installed wine and trying to run a program called Sailwave under wine.

The program appears to be operating OK, but i need to update a couple of the files within the installed folde under Wine, and what ever i try fails ie i cannot copy in OSX and paste it into a folder under wine.

What is the correct way to do this please.

I am using ElCapitan (OSX) and i have wine 1.8

I figured it out in the end.

The real Wine folders accessible via OSX are in the Applications Support Folder... and once i had identified them i was able to copy and paste what ever i need into the Wine application folders.
