I am using a program to build code plugs for my DMR radio. There is only a windows version. I have the program running just fine on Wine 2.0 in OS X 10.12.4. My problem is the program needs to write to the radio via a USB connection. The program cannot see the radio. (I have run the program on a borrowed PC and it had to update the windows USB drivers, but now it works. I want to give the PC laptop back to my friend.
How do I update USB drivers? The cable is straight through and the chip is in the radio.
The radio is a TYT MD-390 and the support website is http://www.tyt888.com.
I am not familiar with how wine and the MacBook Pro interact on USB drivers.
The program runs fine otherwise.
Thanks.
