Hello!
First of all, I'd like to inform you that my knowledge of IT is nearly 0 therefore I would really appreciate "simple" explanation of what program does what, what is missing and what exactly am I doing wrong.
So,
seems like an app called X11 is needed so I tried to download it but apple page says it's no longer supported and they advice to download "Quartz". I tried installing tibia (using https://otland.net/threads/tutorial-tib ... de.149876/)few months ago and... I succeeded, unexpectedly! Problem is that the game got updated and wine can't seem to handle it. I decided to simply download it from the official page and install once again and problems have been encountered:
1. run wine level from launchpad
2. type cd ~/Downloads/
3. wine tibia1097.exe
4. terminal starts and I wait
5. nothing happens, "drivers could not be found"
and, oh, everything is up to date (command: sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade outdated)
any ideas?
