Need help with my wine

Hey everytime i run steam or i run iexplorer i get a message like "encountered a serious problem" Although id like to fix this another issue iknow it has nothing to do with this site but if u guys could help when i play Call of Duty Wrld at War and try joining my friends or they try joining me it doesnt work.
