Ive got it to where I can load and open up Team Fortress 2 without being logged into steam, (being on a schools internet, it wont allow a connection to steams servers, so i have to run it in offline mode)
When I open the game it opens to the title screen:

I go to start a match with bots, this shows up: (I NEVER INTENDED TO PLAY WITH ONLINE PLAYERS, JUST BOTS)
