Running 64 bit windows applications thru wine on Yosemite?

I have a program that is only in 64 bit, it will not run at all on my computer. I really need to run this, is there any way I can run 64 bit files on wine?

There has been some work on the beginnings of 64 bit support in OSX, but AFAIK it's nowhere near ready to actually run anything, and may never fully work.
