Are there any sticky topics needed in this subforum?

This post is mainly directed at our experienced Mac users who answer questions.

Are there any Mac-specific issues that you wish were in a sticky (i.e., questions you're sick of answering over and over)? If so, please post the question and the answer in this thread. If it looks good, I'll make it a sticky, or if there are a lot of small issues, compile them into a "Read this first" sticky for Mac users.

It really needs to be pointed out that if you use a third party app (and a list of all the common ones) that you don't get support from here... then maybe link to the proper places to get support per app. Maybe it will stave off a few of the Wineskin, WineBottler, PlayOnMac, etc... questions.
