Does Hindenburg Journalist Pro work through Wine in Ubuntu 22.04?

I just switched to Ubuntu from Windows and the one thing I can't get working is Hindenburg Journalist Pro, I get an error (not sure what it is as I am writing this from work). Does anyone know if this just doesn't work in Ubuntu or am I doing something wrong?

When I try the trial version of Hindenburg Journalist PRO I* have to start the program with WINEDLLOVERRIDES="d2d1=d".
For example:

WINEDLLOVERRIDES="d2d1=d" wine Hindenburg.exe

Because I'm not familiar with the program, I can't say if the program works 100%.

Ok pretty newbie here. I start with the icon, do I do something to the icon to add those parameters? I'm at work so can't try it.

The easiest way is with winecfg (Wine configuration)
Applications tab
→ Add application... → browse to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Hindenburg Systems\Hindenburg\Hindenburg.exe

With Hindenburg.exe selected, click the Libraries tab
→ New override for library: → Type or select d2d1 → Add
Edit... the Existing override → Select Disable → OK

Close winecfg with Apply → OK
