Panzer Paladin game used to ran in ubuntu focal but not ubuntu jammy

Hi. I have been using ubuntu for quite a while, and I have encountered a problem recently. This game "Panzer Paladin" used to ran fine with old(er) versions of ubuntu. I get an error related to tzres.dll. I have tried using wine 7.10, wine 7.0 and wine-proton, both with wine mono and dotnet48, and I did not manage to get this game to work. I also tried using latest wine proton 7.0-3, which definitely supports this game according to this https://www.protondb.com/app/975510. My guess is I am lacking some library in my linux system or something like that, but I can't manage to find out which.

Please do not mind my message, it was failing due to loading it from an nfs share. I copied it to my local storage and it ran just fine.
