GTA IV resolution on Wine 7.5/Manjaro

I'm trying to run Grand Theft Auto IV - The Complete Edition v1.0.7.0/1.1.2.0, and have set the resolution to the maximum available. However, GTA IV and EFLC both run as windowed 800x600, instead of the supposed 1800x1203. I'm afraid I that none of the solutions I've found online work. The launch arguments are as follows:
