wine supports drag and drop?

i am trying to use a windows program to convert mp3 to at3.
but the program only allows you to import files through drag and drop.

it just doesn't work, is there a way to make this feature work?

The program seems to work normally with Wine 7.8.

Thanks, I did a couple of tests and discovered that the version of mono that wine 5.0 uses has a bug with drag and drop.
but it can be solved by installing the latest version of wine or installing.
the microsoft net framework
